1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Menolys website and service (quiz, program, daily tracking, conversational AI coach "Camille" and the optional Premium subscription), published by [LEGAL NAME] — see our legal notice. By using Menolys, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

2. Health disclaimer

Menolys is a wellness and support service. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace a visit with a healthcare provider. Statements on Menolys have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. If you have a worrying symptom, talk to your doctor. In an emergency, call 911.

3. Camille, the AI coach

Camille is an artificial intelligence, not a human and not a healthcare professional. Her answers are generated automatically from your messages and may contain errors, approximations or answers that don't fit your individual situation. Never base a health decision only on an answer from Camille.

4. Your account

Using the program requires an account (email or Google) and completing an initial quiz. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

5. What is free, Starter and Premium

The 2-minute quiz, your personalized results and the Menolys Library are free. Your first day is free too: for 24 hours from the moment you first open the app, the whole app is open, Premium included, with no card required. After that, using the app requires a paid plan. Starter includes the daily check-in, every tracking folder (hot-flash log, meal journal and water included), your personalized 6-month program with its weekly focus, goals, points and levels, and the summary for your doctor. Premiumincludes everything in Starter, plus Camille, the AI coach, "Your patterns" and the daily bonus step. Without a plan you can still see your space, manage your account, your emails and your data from your profile, and contact us.

6. Subscriptions, automatic renewal and cancellation

• Plans, price and frequency: Menolys is offered as Premium Monthly ($24.99 billed every month), Premium Yearly ($130 billed every year), or Starter ($14.99 billed every month). Taxes may apply depending on where you live. You are charged when you subscribe, then automatically at the start of each new period.
• Free trial:the Premium Yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial; Starter has no free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the plan's price is charged on the 8th day and the plan then renews at its normal frequency. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. One free trial per person.
• Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the same price, until you cancel.
• How to cancel:cancel anytime online, in one click, from your profile ("Cancel my subscription") or from your Whop account, or by emailing contact@menolys.com. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for (or until the end of your free trial); after that, the app is locked again but your data stays saved until you delete your account.
• Refunds: payments already made are not refunded, except where required by law or in case of a billing error. Contact us at contact@menolys.com if something went wrong.
• Price changes: we will notify you by email before any price change takes effect on your subscription, so you can cancel if you wish.
• Payment: payments are processed by Whop, an independent payment provider. Menolys never stores your card details. If a renewal payment fails, Premium may be paused until payment is resolved.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• use the service for strictly personal, non-commercial purposes;
• not attempt to disrupt, bypass or misuse the site;
• provide honest information in the quiz and your tracking.

8. Intellectual property

The program, editorial content, brand and logo of Menolys remain the exclusive property of the publisher. No reproduction or distribution is allowed without prior permission.

9. Deleting your account

You can delete your account and data at any time from your profile ("Delete my account"). Deletion is permanent and cancels any active subscription.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it available and reliable, but we make no guarantee of any result on your wellbeing, weight or symptoms. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for temporary service interruptions, data loss caused by a third party (host, provider) or use that does not comply with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects you, we will let you know by email or in the app. The version that applies is the one published on this page.
