Your symptoms change every day. Your doctor sees you once a year.

The problem

Hot flashes, 3 a.m. wake-ups, brain fog, mood swings. You're told it's "just stress," and by the appointment, you can't remember what happened when.

The solution

A daily plan built for your #1 problem, a routine at the right moment (evening for your nights, morning for your energy), and a 30-second check-in that shows you, the next morning, what changed. Plus a coach who explains what's happening.

It's not in your head.
Menopause science agrees.

Menopause symptoms cost U.S. women an estimated $1.8 billion a year in lost work time.

None of these studies tested Menolys: they show the problem and why tracking helps. Menolys is a wellness app, not a medical device, and it doesn't replace your doctor.

Built for the way menopause really feels

A plan built for your #1 problem Starter & Premium

A few small steps a day for 6 months: food, movement, sleep and mind. Some of them target the problem you named in the quiz, and say so ("for your 3 am wake-ups"). Each week, the focus follows what you logged, and tells you why.

Your routine, at the right moment Starter & Premium

One card at a time on your Today screen: an evening routine for your nights, a morning routine for your energy, or short strength moves 3 days a week. Three steps to tick, the why and the sources one tap away.

A 30-second daily check-in Starter & Premium

Sleep, energy, mood and hot flashes in a few taps; skip what you want. The next morning, it shows how your night went after your routine, and after a few evenings, your nights with and without it. A direction to test, never a proof.

Your weekly review Starter & Premium

The first day of each week: what you did, how your sleep and energy moved, and the focus of the week ahead. Week after week, in Progress.

A tracker for body and mind Starter & Premium

Symptoms, sleep, hot flashes, mood and anxiety, cycle, weight, food and water: each in its own folder. A one-page summary of your last 30 days for your doctor.

Your patterns Premium

After 5 check-ins, Menolys compares your days with and without each habit, to show what tends to come before your bad nights, hot flashes and low-energy days. A pattern to test, never a diagnosis.

Camille, your AI coach Premium

Ask anything, 24/7. She knows your plan, your routine and your logs. At night, she keeps it short and calm, so you can put the phone down. Chats are deleted after 3 days.

Wellness app, not a medical device.

What to expect

  1. Month 1 · Awaken

    Calmer evenings, steadier mornings

Small daily steps, a 30-second check-in. No big overhaul: a few minutes a day to set your rhythm.

  2. Month 3 · Anchor

    Fewer bad nights, fewer crashes

Your plate, your movement, your nights. Your check-ins show what helps you — and the habits start to hold.

  3. Month 6 · Thrive

    Feeling more like yourself

Habits that hold on busy weeks. What works for you becomes automatic, not a daily effort.

Goals, not promises. Week 1 is about rhythm, not results. Showing up matters more than doing everything. Progress is rarely a straight line: good and bad days are part of it, especially with fluctuating hormones.

18 to 254 days is how long it took for a new daily habit to feel automatic in a University College London study — it varies a lot from one person to the next. And missing a single day didn't meaningfully slow the process down.

Questions

Is Menolys a medical app?

No. It's a wellness app: it helps you track, understand and act on your symptoms, and prepare for your doctor. It doesn't diagnose, prescribe or replace medical care.

Is Camille a real person?

No. Camille is an AI coach, and she'll always tell you so. For anything urgent, call your doctor or 911.

Is it proven to work?

Menolys itself hasn't been tested in a clinical trial, and we don't promise results. Research shows a digital diary measures hot flashes more precisely than memory (Fisher & Thurston, 2016): that's the idea behind the app.

Is it free?

The quiz, your personalized results and the Menolys Library are free. Your first day in the app is free too: for 24 hours from the moment you first open it, everything is open, Camille included, with no card needed. After that, using the app takes a paid plan: Starter (check-in, tracking, your daily plan and the summary for your doctor) or Premium (everything in Starter, plus Camille and your patterns). You'll see the plans and their exact terms in the app, before you pay anything. No commitment: cancel in one click, anytime, and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

When will I feel a difference?

Goals, not promises: month 1, calmer evenings, steadier mornings; month 3, fewer bad nights, fewer crashes; month 6, feeling more like yourself. Every body is different, and the first week is about rhythm, not results.

I'm not sure I'm in perimenopause. Is it for me?

If you're over 40 and something changed (sleep, cycle, mood, energy, hot flashes), yes: a few weeks of tracking gives you something concrete to show your doctor. Under 40 with these symptoms? See a doctor first.

Do I have to log everything every day?

No. The check-in takes 30 seconds and every question can be skipped. The more days you log, the clearer your patterns.

What happens to my data?

It's used only to personalize your plan, never sold. Chats with Camille are deleted after 3 days. You can delete your account anytime, in one tap.
